The original Thai green curry paste is made on the basis of spicy green chili peppers, which give it the right spiciness. Lemongrass, lime and coriander are in turn an additive, thanks to which the paste acquires an exotic, characteristic taste and aroma. This paste is commonly used in oriental cuisine for all kinds of dishes.
Ingredients: green chillies 31%, lemongrass 21%, garlic 18.5%, salt 12.5%,
galangal 8.5%, shrimp paste 4%, kaffir lime peel 2%, coriander seeds 1%, pepper, cumin, turmeric.
The product DOES NOT CONTAIN monosodium glutamate.
