Mun mushrooms are an extremely popular addition to Far Eastern cuisine. They are distinguished by a characteristic crunchiness. They look like an ear - hence their Polish name: lilac eared. Considered an excellent source of health in traditional Chinese medicine. They affect blood clotting and immunity. They perfectly absorb flavors and are used in contrast to bright and colorful dishes. Before cooking, they are soaked in warm water for about 30 minutes. Mushrooms soften and their size increases 3-4 times.
