Traditional rice noodles from Hai Phong, a seaport area of Vietnam. Although called red rice noodles, this type of noodles is actually dark brown in color. The noodles is coated from carefully selected rice, the fiber is thin, soft and chewy, has a crispy and bold taste, is not mushy, friable, lumpy or too thick. In fact, the dishes that can be processed using red rice noodles are more diverse than those made from PHO noodles.
