STIR-FRY CHICKEN WITH CHILLI AND GARLIC SAUCE
For 2 people
Marinating time: 20 min.
Preparation time: 10 min.
300g of chicken breast, cut into 2x2cm cubes
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
3 tablespoons of chili sauce with garlic
2 tablespoons of frying oil
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1. Mix the chicken with the marinade, set aside for 20 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, add the chicken and fry, stirring, until ready (about 2 minutes).
3. Add paprika, chili and garlic sauce. Mix well, the dish is ready. Serve hot with boiled rice.
NOTE: If you do not prefer raw paprika, you can fry it in a wok with 1 tablespoon of oil.
